Shipping / Delivery Policy
1.1 Nature of Services
- Shridhar Seva Charitable Trust (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a charitable organisation.
- Most payments made on our website are donations and do not involve shipment of any physical goods.
- Donors receive:
- On-screen confirmation, and
- Email/SMS confirmation and donation receipt (where details are provided correctly).
1.2 Digital Receipts
- Donation receipts (including 80G receipts, where applicable) are sent to the email address shared at the time of donation.
- Please allow 24–72 working hours for the receipt to be generated and emailed.
1.3 Physical Materials (if any)
If we ever send physical items (for example: brochures, event passes or acknowledgement gifts), the following will apply:
- Dispatch time: normally within 7–10 working days from confirmation, unless otherwise mentioned.
- Delivery partners: reputed courier / postal partners.
- Delivery areas: India, unless otherwise specified on the specific campaign/page.
- Delivery charges: if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the respective campaign or product page.
1.4 Non-Delivery
If you have not received any promised physical item/acknowledgement within the communicated time:
- Please email us at [your support email] with:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Date and amount of donation
- Transaction ID / Razorpay payment ID (if available)
- We will investigate and respond within 3–5 working days.
